1. Websters Online, Inc. will publish companies Power listing profile (other information) based on the information entered online at the time of listing or updating. Members can use the "power listing logon" link from the home page provided at the time of listing which includes your email ID and Password. Members are requested to check the listing info from time to time and update any changes. Websters Online will not be held responsible for any typos or outdated information.

2. Once you subscribe to a Power listing, the first month is free and thereafter, you will be charged every month until you decide to cancel your subscription from your online account. Power listing service is based on a monthly subscription which can be renewed or canceled anytime with no penalties.

3. Contracts may be verbal or in writing. Websters Online does not require a purchase order number or all contract are online only. If you require purchase orders or a written contract, you may fax it to 1-800-368-8959 or mail it to one of our mailing addresses listed at www.webstersonline.com/contact.asp . Alternatively, you may also print this page, sign it and send it to us.

4. Terms and Conditions, this Price List and Contract are subject to change without any prior notice. The applicable new prices will be applied from the next new date of renewals.
